Outbound calls If there is an extension user who makes a lot of outbound calls using system abbreviated numbers, the addition of one (or two) DSS consoles to their keyset will make their outbound calling procedures a lot more efficient. They simply use the DSS keys to store their 50 (or 100) most frequently called abbreviated numbers and have instant one-touch outbound calls.
