Being able to introduce your prospective customer to a Hytel system feature that is beneficial/useful/efficient and has been tailored to meet their business needs may be an important factor in a successful Hytel system sale.

If you are asked for a specific requirement in a "selling" situation, and you are unsure if the request can be met, always tell your prospective customer that:

"I'm pretty sure we can do that. Let me check and I'll get straight back to you".

A quick phone call to Hytel support (Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 EST) can usually clarify the customer's request immediately, allowing you to return to your potential sales presentation with a definite answer.
