Auto Hold

Invoking this feature (function 94) allows a user who is on an active call to press a line key, an intercom key or a DSS key to place the existing call on hold and access the chosen system resource. It can be enabled for CO calls only, intercom call only or for both CO and intercom calls. This feature is also known as "Skate-to-hold".

Benefits Enables calls to be processed more quickly and efficiently by reducing the number of keystrokes involved in the transfer process.
