Reminder Service

There are two different reminder services provided by the system.

User-programmed (Function 92)
Extension users can programme a reminder call at a specified time. Their telephone rings three times when the programmed time is reached. If the user has a display keyset, a message is sent to their LCD panel, asking them to press soft key F1 to acknowledge the reminder call. The attendant can programme reminders for other extensions

Pre-programmed
The pre-programmed system reminder service plays BGM through all keysets belonging to the same tenant for one to ten minutes at the specified time every day
.
