Tenant Groups

Hytel 824-series systems support up to 3 tenant groups. Each group is a self-contained sub-system with its own exchange lines, attendant, extensions, abbreviated number store, paging etc. These resources are for the exclusive use of a single tenant and cannot be shared between tenants.

Station-to-station calls between tenants can be enabled or disabled. If enabled, inter-tenant communication can be one-direction only or bi-directional.

Benefits Allows the KSU resources to be split into distinct separate groups. This is most often used to split exchange lines for billing or access purposes or to share a single KSU between different companies or departments.
