2B+D Extension Wiring

All Hytel Key Telephone Systems utilise Digital 2B+D technology for extension wiring. This allows the use of advanced features such as Alert Calling and Off-hook Voice Announce to be used by 20-key extension users. Each extension only requires one normal twisted pair running back to the Key Service Unit (KSU). Extension wiring is not polarity conscious.
