How to change the Hytel system time/date.

Attendant programming mode can be accessed from any display telephone connected to the system that has not had the
function key disabled in system programming.
There are three large square soft keys directly beneath the LCD dispaly. These
three keys relate to the bottom line on the display. Pressing a particular soft key will invoke the function written on the LCD
display that corresponds to that key's position (left-right-center) such as "save" "next" "dir" "name" etc)

Enter attendant programming mode by leaving the handset on-hook, pressing the Function key and dialing # 0
"Tenant Group:_" is displayed on the LCD

Dial 1 (This assumes that the extension you are dialing from belongs to tenant 1 in system programming (which is the case
for 99.9% of the installed systems. If the extension belongs to another tenant, dial the appropriate tenant digit).

Press soft key [F2] below the word "save".
"PSWD:_" is displayed on the LCD

Dial 0000 (This is the default password for the nominated system attendant’s extension (normally extension 201). If the default
password has been changed, dial the password for the attendant’s extension instead of four zeros)

Press soft key [F2] below the word "show".
"SYSTEM ABBR. NO." is displayed on the LCD

Press soft key [F2] below the word "next" until "SYSTEM TIME" is displayed on the LCD

Press soft key [F3] below the word "show".
"YEAR:" is displayed on the LCD

Press soft key [F2] below the word "next" to cycle through the following parameters:
YEAR / MONTH / DAY / WEEKDAY / HOUR / MINUT

Press soft key [F3] below the word "chg" to edit a parameter

Enter digits to edit a parameter. Enter 2 digits for the year (eg. 01 for year 2001). Note that the "hour" must be entered using
24-hour format (i.e. 3.00 p.m. is entered as "15").

Press soft key [F2] below the word "save" to save the changes

Press soft key [F2] below the word "next" to step through the parameters
                                                             YEAR / MONTH / DAY / WEEKDAY / HOUR / MINUTE
again and edit other settings.

Press the Clear key to exit programming mode when finished.
